Had a great Easter break at a ryokan in Japan! Loved the traditional feel of the place and the friendly service. Best aspects were the private onsen and the delicious kaiseki dinner. the shuttle service from the nearest train station was convenient, and the hot spring footbath was a nice touch too. a relaxing stay with plenty to enjoy.

The location was great, near a train station and plenty of restaurants. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Our experience during New Year's was not great. The food was not up to par with other ryokans we have been to, and we didn't receive any of the traditional New Year's dishes we were expecting.
